  • All Products Ship within 2 Working Days.
  • Before opening the parcel, its compulsory to make a unboxing video and send to us at Whats App: 7973043891 (If you received any broken or defective item).
  • Customer orders will be delivered within 6 to 7 working days. (as per customer location, days may vary).
  • All purchases that are eligible for an exchange or online store credit must be unused, unscratched, No Sealed Broken and undamaged with all original Accessories attached and exchanged within 7 days of the original order date.
  • We want you to love your purchase! If you are not satisfied, let us know about it. 
  • Your payment is completely safe as we receive your precious money on secure payment gateway like Razor Pay.
  • If you have placed an order by mistake, you can get your full payment refunded by requesting to cancel the order within 24 hours.
  • If your order is packed and not shipped then packing charges will be deducted and rest of the amount will be refunded to your given account.

COD (Cash on Delivery Policy)

  2. After 24hrs and Shipped from Store, You Cannot Apply For Refund.
  3. If you refuse to take your order then these Cash on Delivery Charges will not be refunded.

Return Request Must Be placed within 24hrs After You Received the Product.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to Our Address .

Returns are Acceptable Only For Local Brands Products, For Returning Brand Products , You Have to Make Sure Certain Things Like – Product is Non – Activated , All Accessories are Complete as you Received.

Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later.
